Checked September 5, 2026. Event details, fees and parking conditions are current as of September 2026. All times are EDT.
The table separates the dates and keeps Fort Lauderdale’s three meeting points distinct. “Not stated” means the cited listing does not publish that policy; it does not mean parking is free or student hours are unavailable.

Delray Beach’s September 19, 2026, cleanup runs 8–10 a.m. at Sandoway Discovery Center, 142 S. Ocean Boulevard. Present volunteer-hour forms at check-in. Sandoway and Ingraham lots provide free parking until 10:30 a.m., according to the City of Delray Beach listing, checked September 5, 2026.
For scheduling, treat Saturday as one cleanup commitment. Comparing the published times, all four Saturday destinations overlap from 9–10 a.m. Completing Delray’s full session therefore means missing the first hour at the other Saturday sites, even before travel. Bal Harbour provides a separate Sunday option. Those time windows describe events, not guaranteed school credit.
For Delray registration, complete the online volunteer form or bring the completed PDF. Advance PDF submissions go to sandowayhouse@gmail.com or BeardsleyD@mydelraybeach.com. The city says registration puts the required waiver on file. Delray’s registration instructions
Emerge Broward’s Hollywood cleanup runs September 19, 2026, from 9 a.m.–noon at Hollywood North Beach Park, 3601 N. Ocean Drive. EB volunteers must complete two registrations: EB signup and county registration beginning September 5. Identify yourself at the gate for waived parking, according to Emerge Broward, checked September 5, 2026.
That two-step process applies to joining Emerge Broward’s group. Its protected county-registration link could not be retrieved during our September 5 check, so successful access remains unverified. Use EB’s promised September 5 reminder or contact the organizer if the second step fails. Inside the park, the Dune Shelter is halfway down the lot on the right. EB event instructions
For Fort Lauderdale, email coastalcleanup@broward.org with your name, contact details, organization, chosen site and attendee count. Bring the printed, signed liability release. Birch also lists a group form and an agreement for participants older than 15; review both before attending. City signup and waiver instructions
For Bill Baggs, follow the VolunteerCleanup.org link in the park listing and save your confirmation. Its fee section specifically ties free entry to registration, although the description also tells participants to identify themselves at the ranger station. Complete registration beforehand and identify yourself on arrival. Florida State Parks event listing
Plan your departure around the parking terms. Delray’s cutoff leaves 30 minutes after the scheduled cleanup ends; set a reminder if you plan to linger. City parking notice Where the table says parking fees are not stated, ask before driving and check posted signs on arrival.
Bal Harbour’s cleanup is Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 8:30–10:30 a.m. at Beach North by the jetty, 10301 Collins Avenue. VolunteerCleanup.org registration is required. High school students must check in at the Bal Harbour information booth for service-hour credit, according to the village event listing, checked September 5, 2026.
Students should settle the paperwork question before choosing solely by location. Delray identifies a bring-your-form procedure; Bal Harbour identifies a specific booth. Bill Baggs offers recognition letters on request after the event. A letter and a signed school form are different documents, so ask your school which it accepts.
For any site, confirm who will verify your attendance, whether you must sign out and when documentation will be available. Do not assume the advertised event duration equals credited hours. If the organizer has not published a student-hour policy, obtain an answer before relying on that cleanup for a deadline.
Pack your registration confirmation, applicable waivers and school form together. Bring water, sun protection and suitable footwear. Delray specifies closed-toe shoes and supplies gloves and cleanup materials. Delray volunteer guidance Fort Lauderdale requests gloves and suggests a five-gallon bucket if available. City packing instructions
Bill Baggs supplies collection equipment and asks volunteers to bring water, sunscreen and bug spray and wear closed-toe shoes. Park instructions Bal Harbour provides gloves, bags and water-refill stations; bring a reusable bottle. Village supplies list
Recheck on Friday, September 18, and again before leaving. Open your organizer’s listing and confirmation email for registration availability, weather notices, relocations or changed parking instructions. A Saturday cancellation does not establish Sunday’s status; check Bal Harbour separately. Save the meeting point so your navigation ends at check-in.
